Site photos taken by a seat holder land against whatever stage the job is at, so progress is dated by the work rather than by whoever remembered to write it down. Common questions ## Asked before buying, answered straight ### Do I need a seat for every worker on site? No, and this is the part most people get backwards. A seat is for someone acting on your behalf: a foreman, a supervisor, a lead. Everyone else reaches the job through the QR code posted at the site, which is free and unlimited. Releasing a seat does not remove anyone from a job, because the two are separate systems. ### What happens when I add a third seat? It is $25 a month, added to your subscription when you grant it and removed when you release it.
