For salvage yards & used parts dealers

Know exactly what you have, and where it is.

Photograph a part and let it identify itself, or type it in when you already know. Either way it lands in a catalogue you can search when a customer is on the phone — with a number written on the part so you can actually find it again.

Two sets of wheels that look identical on the rack. The number is the only thing that tells them apart — so the app hands you one and tells you to write it on.

Two ways in

Scan it, or type it. Same catalogue.

The camera is an accelerator, not a requirement. It proposes what it thinks the part is and you confirm — so a wrong guess costs you a tap, not a bad record.

Option one

Photograph it

01

Camera opens, you shoot the part.

02

It reads the shape and any stamped numbers, and names the part.

03

The form arrives filled in. You check it, add a rough price and a location.

04

Saved, with a stock number to write on it.

Option two

Type it in

01

Start typing what it is — the list narrows as you go.

02

It asks only what matters for that part. Sided parts get asked which side.

03

Quantity, condition, price, where it lives.

04

Saved, with the same stock number treatment.

Why it stays useful

It learns how you price, instead of guessing.

Most inventory tools either leave price blank forever or invent a number off the internet. This one watches what you actually charge and suggests from your own history.

01

Your prices, not an average

Every price you set is remembered against that kind of part. The next one like it gets suggested from what you have charged before.

02

Never a made-up number

No history for a part means it reads Unpriced, not $0.00. A wrong price you quote a customer is worse than a blank one.

03

Answers the phone

Type the way you talk — 2014 f150 mirror — and get whether you have one, what condition it is in, and which row it is on.

04

Locations that grow

All in one spot? Say so and never think about it again. Spread across rows and racks? Add them as you go instead of mapping your whole yard up front.

05

Quantity and cost

Forty of the same bracket is one record with a count. Enter what you paid and the margin is there beside the price.

06

Not just car parts

The catalogue is built around swappable trades, so the same tool fits a shop or a warehouse. Auto salvage is simply the first one.

Straight about what it is

Early, and honest about it.

This is a young product being built with real yards. Cataloguing, search, locations, photos, pricing and the camera all work today. Bulk import from a spreadsheet, stock movement history and pushing listings out to marketplaces are not built yet.

If that sounds like the right trade — a tool that does the core job well now and grows with your yard — get in touch and we will set you up.

Stop hunting the pile.

Catalogue what you have, price it from your own numbers, and find it when someone calls.
