We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve our Service. Your uploaded documents and images are stored securely and used exclusively to populate your compliance vault. We do not sell your personal data or uploaded documents to third parties.

3. Data Security and Storage

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. However, no internet-based service can be 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Artificial Intelligence and Smart Scanning

When you use our "Smart Scan" feature, the images you upload are processed by artificial intelligence to extract relevant text and data fields. This extracted data is saved to your account. We do not use your proprietary documents to train public AI models.

5. Your Data Rights

You have the right to access, update, export, and delete your personal information and documents at any time. You can export your data via the application's CSV or PDF export tools. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you may contact our support team.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
