1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Blue Crane Compliance Vault application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Data Ownership and Portability

You retain full ownership of all documents, images, text, and data ("Content") that you upload to the Service. Blue Crane claims no ownership rights over your Content. You have the right to view and export your Content at any time, even if you are on a restricted free tier or your subscription has lapsed.

3. Limitation of Liability

Blue Crane is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for any lost, corrupted, or deleted documents. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your original compliance documents. In no event shall Blue Crane, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

4. Free Tier and Account Termination

The free tier of the Service is limited to a maximum of 10 uploaded records. To exceed this limit, you must upgrade to a paid subscription. Blue Crane reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
