Blue Crane Solutions

Built to how your company actually runs.

Off-the-shelf software fits the average company, and nobody runs an average company. When the tool does not fit, the work leaks into spreadsheets, group chats and somebody's memory.

Runs on Azure, Microsoft 365, Stripe

The grind

  • Tools that fit nobody, so half the real work happens in spreadsheets anyway
  • Four subscriptions that do not talk to each other
  • Scheduling, reminders, receipts and month end still done by hand and by memory
  • Data you cannot get out of a system you are still paying for

What we build

Custom systems

Software built around your actual process instead of a process bent around somebody else's software.

Integrations

The tools you already own, connected, so a thing entered once stops being entered three more times.

Automation

Scheduling, reminders, renewals, receipt capture and month end handled by the system rather than by whoever remembers.

Payments and billing

Subscriptions, one-time passes, and full platform payments with Stripe Connect: your customers pay you, and you pay your people, with onboarding, identity verification and payouts handled.

Built on the Microsoft stack you already pay for

We build on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. Your data stays in your tenant, your people sign in with the account they already have, and your business does not inherit one more vendor login nobody remembers. Blue Crane's own products run on the same stack, so this is not a slide deck. It is how we build.

What it replaces

  • Spreadsheets acting as a database
  • Copying the same job details into three systems
  • A subscription you keep only because your data is trapped in it
  • Month end taking a weekend

Who it is for

Companies large enough that the admin load needs a system rather than another hire, and anyone whose operation does not fit the software they were sold.

What week one looks like

  1. We sit with the people who do the work and map what actually happens, including the parts that are officially not supposed to happen.
  2. You get a written scope: what gets built, what it connects to, what it replaces.
  3. Build starts on the piece that removes the most hours first, not the piece that demos best.
  4. You see working software early and often, in your own tenant.

What it costs

Scoped on a call. Project or retainer depending on the build.

Let's talk about your setup.

A 30-minute call, no commitment, straight answers from the person who built the system. Hamilton based.
